Welcome to Updates: Agri News & Market ("App"), developed and operated by iSoftNix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, access, and use of the mobile application, web portals, and associated backend services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. For administrative and publishing roles, we utilize hardware device verification to protect against unauthorized account takeovers. You agree not to attempt to bypass security protocols or access accounts belonging to other users.
The App, including its visual interfaces, source code, artwork, audio summaries, branding, and logos, is the property of iSoftNix or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the built-in sharing features to share news articles.
Users may submit produce trade listings, inquiries, and news reports ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant iSoftNix a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it across our platforms. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, illegal, infringing, misleading (such as fake mandi prices), or containing malicious software. We reserve the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.
The App features an AI-driven agricultural assistant ("Appa") to provide general farming advice and market insights. AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete responses. AI advice does not replace certified agronomic testing, veterinary diagnosis, or official APMC government directives. iSoftNix disclaims all liability for decisions made solely on AI responses. Users should verify critical agricultural and financial decisions with local agricultural extension officers.
Users can report offensive or inaccurate AI responses via in-app reporting or by emailing isoftnix1@gmail.com.
The App connects farmers and merchants to facilitate transparent trade. All participants agree to fair weighbridge practices and prompt payments. Contracts, moisture grading, transport, and money settlements occur directly between buyer and seller. iSoftNix acts as an information facilitator and is not liable for commercial trade defaults between independent parties.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISOFTNIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You may delete your account and personal data at any time via Settings -> Delete Account in the App or via our online deletion portal at https://krrishi.co.in/delete-account.html.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
